2. Products & Custom Orders
2.1 Product information (including images, descriptions, and specifications) is for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to batch differences.
2.2 Custom/OEM/ODM orders: You must provide accurate CAD files, drawings, or samples. We will review engineering feasibility before production.
2.3 Custom products are produced based on mutually confirmed drawings. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in CNY (RMB) or as indicated on the page.
3.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices; confirmed orders before changes are not affected.
3.3 Custom orders require a deposit (typically 50% of total), with the balance due before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 CAD files, drawings, and designs you submit remain your property. We keep them confidential and will not use them for other clients.
4.2 All content on this site (text, images, logos, product designs) is the property of MOXCARBON and may not be copied or used without written permission.

5. Disclaimer
5.1 Carbon fiber products have specific performance characteristics. We recommend professional guidance for use.
5.2 We are not liable for issues caused by design flaws or improper use supplied by the customer.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a competent court.
